          Dr. Pankaja Choudhari submitted her dissertation to Pune University for the P.G. degree M.D. (Sharir Kriya). Her guide was Dr. Nandini Dhargalkar & Research center was Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pune
(M.S.), India.

          Dr. Choudhari had tried to correlate bala that in strength with the different seasons. 22 volunteers of only male sex from the age group 18-20 are included in the present research.

To assess the bala Military press Method (In the language of sport) was adopted.

The volunteers were asking for weight lifting exercise twice every week. The project was plan for six seasons.

          The research was concluded as follows –

i)                   Maximum bala (Power) was found in Hemant and shishir rutu (early and late winter).
ii)                 
iii)              Medium bala (Power) was found in sharad (Autumn) and vashant
(Spring) rutu.

iv)              Minimum bal (Power) was seen in Varsha (Rainy) and Greeshm (Summer) season.
